The keynote speaker for this year's event was Michael Prichard, well known motivational speaker. The Spring 2004 CASA Training Class was sworn in by Judge Carole Squire. The highlight and focus of the evening was the presentation of awards and honors to volunteers. The "Speak Up For CASA" award, CASA’s highest volunteer honor that is reserved for an individual or group who had the greatest impact on CASA and advocacy for children in the last year, was presented to Nationwide.

Each year, CASA recognizes select volunteers for their achievement and outstanding work on a child’s behalf by awarding them the "Commitment to CASA" Award. Other recognition included Ten-Year, Five-Year, Three-Year and Rookie of the Year volunteers.  See list below for honorees.
